* Products tested prior to 2020 were sent to only one independent testing facility.
The unadulterated test results on this page come directly from these certificates of analysis from two independent labs, which we pay directly. These are two independent lab tests of one product, at one point in time. We do not guarantee that all products or labs will produce the same results. Lab results may differ based on the different methodologies of testing used by each lab or inconsistencies in the product. Added ingredients may affect lab results. Volume of creams and edibles may change due to factors such as temperature, and this may impact lab results. Learn more about our review process.
Elixinol claims to have 5 mg of CBD per 0.5 mL dose. We found that each 0.5 mL dose contains a total of 5.049 mg of cannabinoids, including 4.37 mg of CBD and 0.247 mg of THC.
Elixinol claims that this is a full-spectrum hemp extract, which implies that it contains CBD, THC, and other cannabinoids. However, they also have a certificate of analysis on their purchase page that claims a “typical active cannabinoid profile of 0% THC”. It’s conflicting information. On the one hand, they say it is a full-spectrum extract, which suggests it contains THC. On the other hand, they specifically claim 0% THC.
However, our lab test found that Elixinol contained 14.820 mg of THC. We found that this is a full-spectrum hemp extract that contains CBD, THC, CBDa, CBN, CBC, CBG, THCV, CBDV, and CBL.
We found that Elixinol contained 12.6% fewer CBD milligrams than suggested by their label.
