About the product

Extract Labs claims this is a full-spectrum hemp extract. Our lab tests confirmed this is a full-spectrum hemp extract that includes CBD, THC, CBC, CBG, and CBN. It’s potent with a lot of cannabinoids.

Our labs found that Extract Labs contained 2% to 5% more cannabinoids than suggested by their label, which is outstanding.

You can take this product sublingually or mix with a food or drink.

Extract Labs claims to have 66 mg of CBD per 1 mL serving. We found that each 1 mL serving contains over 67 mg of CBD and 1.3 mg to 1.5 mg of THC.

*It’s common to see CBD doses at 5 mg, 15 mg, 25 mg, and 50 mg for consumer products. Researchers use much larger doses (25 mg to 1500 mg of CBD). CBD dosing is highly individualized.

Jeremy’s Take

Extract Labs exceeded my expectations. First off, I’m a little biased. Its founder is a military vet who gives steep discounts to vets, low income and disabled folks, and first responders. I was a firefighter and loved those discounts, but more importantly, they give people who might not have access to CBD a chance. 50% off is enormous for people in need because they are one of the cheapest CBD products (per milligram of CBD) before the discount. That brings me to biased point number two; I’m cheap. This was 4.2 cents per milligram of CBD. It’s one of the best CBD deals that you can get, and it’s real.

Both of our lab tests confirmed they are incredibly accurate. This was a well-rounded full-spectrum hemp extract with CBD, THC, CBC, and CBG. The labs found 1.2 to 1.5 mg of THC per 1 mL dose, so pay attention to that if you’re sensitive to THC because this may relax you.

This is the full package: the box, the texture, the logo, the label, the bottle are all high quality. Even the dropper is high quality with milliliter markers on it.

Taste: the “Original” 2000 mg formula has the natural taste of hemp. The Original 1000 mg formula tastes slightly better, a little smoother, but you’re getting double the cannabinoids here. This 2000 mg bottle starts off smooth with an earthy flavor and the after taste is slightly bitter with a pine flavor. It’s excellent for an incredibly potent full-spectrum hemp. I do not doubt that the lemon, raspberry, or banana flavors of this product will taste good.

About the company

Extract Labs is out of Boulder, Colorado. They’re known for great deals and even better discounts for those in need. Extract Labs was founded by Craig Henderson, a combat veteran who wanted to give fellow veterans the gift of CBD.

The good

  • They give steep discounts (50% off) to veterans, first responders, healthcare workers, disabled, and low-income peeps.
  • Extract Labs funded CBD research for dogs with cancer. Poor doggies!
  • A+ score with the Better Business Bureau.
  • They got a lot of customer love on Reddit, which is where I discovered them.
  •  CBDexamine.com Authenticity Award for accurate cannabinoid levels and ethical business practices.

The bad

  • Nothing to see here; move along.

The internet

  • An extensive internet search for Extract Labs found no reports of inconsistency, toxins, pesticides, metals, fake products, or unethical business practices.

Other sizes available

We tested the $85 bottle (30 mL) of the 2000 mg full spectrum tincture and the lab found it was 4.2 cents per milligram of CBD. Their $50 bottle (30mL) 1000 mg formula came in at 4.8 cents per mg. Both are excellent prices.

Other Products by CBD Company

Extract Labs offers CBD tinctures, topicals, capsules, isolate, pet products, crumble, shatter, vape, bath bombs, and CBG products.
